Simon Sinek- He is so my leadership crush right now. The man was brilliant in his TED talk about “Why”. Now he comes right back at you with this talk he gave to the Creativ Mornings crew.
Here he addresses why we (companies, the boss, coworkers, etc.) need to support people better. If “we” create a supportive, trusting environment it will be to our advantage. We will all be more engaged and creative. It just might save our life.
